The use of energy efficient structures in the local construction industry assists promoting green building concepts, leading to economical and eco-friendly solutions for self-sustained structures. main aim this study was examine compare performance various buildings. Detailed 3D models (house, office, warehouse buildings) were constructed investigated their cost savings using simulation tools (green studio insight). Moreover, effects materials walls, window panels, roof explored, a life-cycle analysis performed. It observed that effect window-to-wall ratio less severe term office buildings compared normal houses due larger amount space available air circulation. Furthermore, most location windows found be at middle wall comparison with top bottom positions. orientation mainly depended on symmetry building.
